SHIPPING
Our products are shipped to you by FedEx Ground, within the 48 contiguous United States only (see map below). If your order is for wicks only, we'll ship via USPS (at the quoted FedEx rate) and include two extra wicks with your order. Certain products may not be shipped to California. Estimated FedEx delivery times are indicated below:

We will normally ship your order within 3-5 business days, and often sooner. If your order will be delayed, we will contact you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation. You may also log into your account to retrieve order status and shipping information, including your tracking number.
We are a manufacturing facility and not open to the public for retail shopping. However, if you are in the Columbus, TX area, you may pick up your order rather than have it shipped. Please place your order through the website or contact us to place the order by phone. We will refund shipping charges after the order is placed.
RETURNS
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to report damaged or missing items, or to request a return authorization. If the return is due to an error on our part or the merchandise has been damaged in transit, we will arrange for return and/or replacement at our expense. Clearance and personalized items may not be returned. Engraved lamps, diffusers, and all scented products are handcrafted and blended only after we receive your order, and are subject to a 15% restocking charge. Returns must be received in unused, resalable condition (seals must be unbroken). DIY Vials are not foil sealed and therefore not returnable. Our actual shipping and handling cost and return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment that was used to place the order as long as the merchandise is received by us not more than 30 days from date of purchase. If the merchandise is received by us more than 30 days from date of purchase, store credit will be issued.
If you are a first-time customer or current customer trying a new scent for the first time, we recommend that you try our product in the smaller sizes before taking advantage of the larger sizes we have available. Scent preference is a personal choice. While we do guarantee that our products are manufactured with the highest quality ingredients in carefully controlled, hand-scented batches, we can't guarantee each scent you choose will suit your personal preference. Please read product descriptions carefully as our scented products are pre-blended for specific scent applications (fragrance lamps, reed diffuser, or oil warmers).
