Shipping

Our products are shipped to you by FedEx Ground, within the 48 contiguous United States only (see map below). If your order is for wicks only, we'll ship via USPS (at the quoted FedEx rate) and include an extra wick with your order. Certain products may not be shipped to California. Estimated FedEx delivery times are indicated below:

We will normally ship your order within 3-5 business days, and often sooner. If your order will be delayed, we will contact you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation. You may also log into your account to retrieve order status and shipping information, including your tracking number.

We are a manufacturing facility and not open to the public for retail shopping. However, if you are in the Columbus, TX area, you may pick up your order rather than have it shipped. Please place your order through the website or contact us to place the order by phone. We will refund shipping charges after the order is placed.
