Shipping Policy
Shipping is free for orders totaling $75 and over, otherwise an $8 flat rate will apply. Orders under $30 (before shipping) for wicks and/or DIY vials will be shipped via USPS First Class mail for a $5 flat rate (we will refund $3 after the order is placed).Read about California Shipping Restrictions here. Our products are shipped to you by FedEx Ground, within the 48 contiguous United States only. Estimated FedEx delivery times are indicated below: 
We will normally ship your order within 3-5 business days, and often sooner. If your order will be delayed, we will contact you. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation. You may also log into your account to retrieve order status and shipping information, including your tracking number. We are a manufacturing facility and not open to the public for retail shopping. However, if you are in the Columbus, TX area, you may pick up your order rather than have it shipped to avoid shipping charges (we'll refund shipping after the order is placed).
