Return Policy
All sales are final - no returns. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your purchase to report damaged or missing items. If your order has damaged or missing items, we will make it right. Our return policy is rigid due to the hazardous shipping nature of our products (requiring certification to ship), and the fact that our products are blended to order and we can't conveniently resell returns. In order to keep our prices as low as possible, we must adhere to this policy. Thanks for your understanding.If you are a first-time customer or current customer trying a new scent for the first time, we recommend that you try our product in the smaller sizes before taking advantage of the larger sizes we have available. Scent preference is a personal choice. While we do guarantee that our products are manufactured with the highest quality ingredients in carefully controlled, hand-scented batches, we can't guarantee each scent you choose will suit your personal preference. Be sure to read product descriptions carefully as our scented products are pre-blended for specific scent applications (fragrance lamps, reed diffuser, or oil warmers).
